YLKS air-water-cooled vertical high-voltage motors are made of sophisticated materials and well-made. They have the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, and convenient use, installation and maintenance.
The power level, electrical performance, installation dimensions and tolerances of YLKS air-water-cooled vertical high-voltage motors conform to the national standard GB755 and the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC34-1.
According to GB4942.1 and IEC34-5 standards, the enclosure protection grades of YLKS air-water-cooled vertical high-voltage motors are IP23, IPW24, IP44, IP54 and IP55 respectively. IP23 motors can be made IP44 (ducted ventilation) according to user requirements. If users need other protection grades, they can be supplied separately.
The cooling method of YLKS air-water-cooled vertical high-voltage motor is IC81W according to GB/T1993 and IEC34-6 standards.
The structure and installation type of the motor are IMV1 (vertical with flange) structure, which complies with the regulations of GB997 and IEC34-7.

Application
Electric motors can be used to drive vertical water pumps and other mechanical equipment, and are used as prime movers in various industrial and mining enterprises such as mining, machinery, petrochemical industries, and power plants.
The basic conditions for the normal operation of the motor:
a. The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
b. The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C; the low ambient air temperature is -15°C for motors with rolling bearings; 5°C for motors with sliding bearings;
c. For YLKS, YLKST series motors, the cooling water temperature at the cooling inlet is 5～33℃;
d. The average relative humidity is 90%, and the average low temperature is not higher than 25℃;
e. The power frequency is 50Hz±1%;
f. The variation range of the working voltage is not more than ±5% of the rated voltage;
g. The motor rating is continuous duty S1;
h. YL, YLKK, YLKS type motors can withstand axial thrust of 3 to 60 tons.
